How does the colour analysis work?
You take a selfie in natural light. An AI vision model reads the warmth, depth, and clarity of your skin, eyes, and hair — correcting for lighting — and places you in one of the 12 colour seasons, with a personal palette built around your colouring.
How accurate is it?
Atelier is designed to be consistent and clinically grounded, but it is an automated estimate — not a substitute for an in-person professional analysis. Results are most accurate in soft, natural daylight with no makeup or filters and a neutral top.
What's the difference between Pro and Stylist?
Pro unlocks your full palette, Color Try-On, Try Before You Buy, Finishing Touches and Travel. Stylist includes everything in Pro plus an unlimited AI stylist that answers your questions, always anchored to your personal palette.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Cancel anytime from your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Atelier. Your season and palette stay in the app after cancelling.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app → You → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, palette, scan history, and subscription record. You can also delete individual scan photos anytime from the History tab.
Are my photos stored?
Your full-resolution selfie is processed to generate your result and is not kept. A small compressed thumbnail is saved only to your private scan history so you can look back — and you can delete it anytime. We never sell your data.
