Atelier is a colour analysis and wardrobe tool available on iPhone. By downloading the app or using this website, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. The colour analysis, palette recommendations, and wardrobe scores Atelier provides are tools to help you make decisions — they are not professional style advice and should be understood as such.

Atelier Pro and Atelier Stylist are paid subscriptions managed entirely through the Apple App Store. All billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple — Atelier does not process or store payment information. Free scan. You may take a colour analysis scan without a subscription. Your results and palette are unlocked with a Pro or Stylist subscription. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your iPhone's Subscription settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your season, palette, and result card remain in the app after cancellation. Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Selfie images you submit for analysis are processed immediately and are not stored. You retain full ownership of any images you upload. Content you create within the app — outfit boards, wardrobe entries, and notes — remains yours. Atelier does not claim any rights to user-generated content.

You agree not to: - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI model or proprietary analysis logic - Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations - Create accounts for the purpose of automated scraping or bulk analysis - Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the subscription Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.

The Atelier name, wordmark, design system, editorial content (The Edit), and all app UI are the property of Atelier Studio. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission. The 12-season colour analysis methodology is based on the work of Kathryn Kalisz and Suzanne Caygill. Atelier applies this methodology through original AI implementation.

Atelier is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, that the colour analysis will be accurate for every person, lighting condition, or photographic circumstance. Results are an automated estimate and may vary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atelier Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of Atelier after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
