Choose a cool / pink undertone and match it to your jaw in natural daylight — not the back of your hand, which is often a different shade. If your foundation looks orange or too warm by midday, the undertone is wrong for you. Keep concealer one shade lighter in the same undertone.

Polished silver or platinum jewellery and warm-vs-cool-matched hardware pull your makeup look together. For eyes, stay within your palette’s medium-deep neutrals and accents rather than reaching for colours far cooler or warmer than your natural colouring.
